Starting a Return
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
To start a return, contact us at info@bristey.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product outside its packaging. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
In some cases we may first offer a replacement or reshipment as a faster and more convenient solution before proceeding with a full return.
Return Costs
Defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
Change of mind: The customer covers the return shipping cost. This applies when the wrong product was ordered, the item doesn't fit, or the customer no longer wants the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The exact amount depends on the courier chosen.
Return Process
Contact us first: Email info@bristey.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, attach photos of the product outside its packaging.
Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions and the return address.
Pack the item well: Make sure the product is properly packed to avoid damage in transit.
Return shipping cost: The customer covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. After the return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Issuing the refund on our side can take up to 7 days; after that, the time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Please note that if there is an open dispute or chargeback on your order, we are unable to process any refund or reshipment until it has been resolved. If this applies to you, we kindly ask that you withdraw the dispute so we can proceed.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@bristey.com with the details of the product you'd like to receive, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. Such products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@bristey.com within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the package once you've received it, in line with our return policy.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel in time, it will be returned to us. In this case you can choose a reshipment for an additional shipping fee, or a refund minus a deduction to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred. Please make sure you're able to receive your order to avoid this.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we're here to help. Please take clear photos of the issue (product outside its packaging) and send them to info@bristey.com. After verification, we'll arrange a free replacement or reshipment of the correct product. Damaged or incorrect items are resolved with a free replacement, not a refund.
