Shipping Procedure
Your order fulfilment is split into two parts: processing and transit.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we've started processing it. Once processed, your order ships and you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order here anytime.
Processing takes approximately 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
After processing, shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total fulfilment time is usually 6–10 business days (Monday – Friday).
Daily cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 GMT+1 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate packages and arrive on different days — this is completely normal and there's no need to worry.
We're happy to offer free delivery on all orders.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not able to reroute a parcel once it's on its way, and orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or lost. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to complete delivery — for example because no one was available to receive the parcel — they will usually leave a notice or hold the parcel at a local pickup point. Please arrange redelivery or collection with the courier as soon as possible using your tracking details. If no action is taken within the courier's holding period, the parcel may be returned to us.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is refused on delivery, or is not collected from the local post office or pickup point within the courier's holding period, it will be returned to us. In these cases a refund will be issued minus a deduction to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an additional shipping fee. Please make sure you're able to receive your order to avoid this.
Delays
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional business days (Monday – Friday) and remember to use your tracking code. If your parcel still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
Lost in Transit
In the rare event that your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and send you a free replacement. Lost parcels are resolved with a free re-shipment, not a refund.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us at info@bristey.com within 2 hours of placing it.
Please reach out as soon as possible, as orders can no longer be cancelled once this window has passed or the order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please send clear photos showing the issue to info@bristey.com and we'll arrange a free replacement. Damaged or incorrect items are resolved with a free replacement, not a refund.
