30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Whether it's not the perfect fit or simply a change of mind, we’ve got you covered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We want you to shop with confidence—so we don’t classify any items as final sale. Everything is returnable as long as it meets the conditions above. 

How to Make a Return

To start a return, email us at info@bristey.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will walk you through the steps and provide the return details.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Order Cancellation

We understand - sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@bristey.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, cancellation is no longer possible because your order will already be processing with our supplier. In that case, you can wait for the delivery and return the item according to our return policy.

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. What you see is what you get—right down to our return policy.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll initiate your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item, just let us know in your return request—we’ll be happy to help you find the right piece.
