Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK, no minimum required. Great style, delivered—on us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re focused on delivering a high-quality local experience—if we expand shipping zones, you’ll be the first to know!

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at info@bristey.com.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you'd like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help make it happen.
